Isn’t the true purpose in life to be happy?
When the mind and body connection is in harmony, one can experience happiness. It is up to an individual to make a positive changes in her own life. Having said that, I understand that a woman may be scared, or may not know how to deal with her problems alone, thus subsequently getting lost in a spiraling downward cycle and adopting a negative image of herself. She may even fall physically ill due to mental stress.
