Be Bliss offers you a safe and confidential place to explore concerns and to attain a better understanding of situations that you are having difficulty with, whether a past issue, or feeling stuck in your present situation(s), or need assistance in making sound choices for a successful future.

At Be Bliss, I utilize solution-focussed talk therapy as well as cognitive-behavioural therapy. I incorporate certain therapeutic techniques after deciding which issues are going to be addressed.
