Be Bliss offers professional private yoga classes.

What type of Yoga does Be Bliss offer?

Hatha Yoga is offered at Be Bliss. A series of asanas (postures) are completed. Simple breathing techniques are incorporated during the yoga class, and ends with a well-deserved period of blissful guided relaxation. In addition, you will have the option to incorporate meditation (which really just means to practice quieting your mind and being silent for a period of time).

Yoga means “to unite!” At Be Bliss Sareeta also offers Private Prenatal Yoga so that mom and baby feel more united.
There are many benefits for a pregnant woman practicing yoga, breath work and meditation, and some are:

- to enhance awareness of baby so mom can respond to the body’s   changes
- to express and diminish fears and anxieties
- to gently work towards creating an access to inner resources to face the   challenge of labour with confidence, calm, and courage
